Opportunities for vulnerable young people

TK Maxx and Homesense are proud to have helped over 1,700 disadvantaged young people through our ‘Get Into’ employability programmes which are run in partnership with The Prince’s Trust across our retail, loss prevention, distribution and buying departments. The Get Into programmes provide training, development and employment opportunities to help disadvantaged young people aged 16 to 30 build a better future. Over 70% of those who successfully complete the programme go on to pursue a career with us.
